Macs Adventure Limited respects your privacy and all personal data is stored and processed in accordance with our privacy policy. We will use your personal data to enable us and our suppliers to fulfil your bookings and provide you any information you request about our products and services. We will not share your personal data with any third party organisations that are not involved in the arrangements of your holiday.

Information we may collect from you:

We may collect and process the following data about you:

• Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website www.macsadventure.com. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services or information from us. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion operated by Macs Adventure Ltd or when you report a problem with our site.
• Information that you provide at the time of booking, or subsequently, that may include some or all of the following information relating to you or your group: names, addresses, contact details, passport details, credit/debit card details, payment details, information relating to medical conditions and dietary requirements, emergency contact details, height, clothing and shoe sizes.
• If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence but always in compliance with the Act.
• We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
• Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfilment of your orders.
