Post-pandemic travel can be unpredictable. We understand that travel restrictions and other factors might affect your ability to travel, so we would encourage you to consider any changes you might want to make as your trip approaches, and let us know as soon as you can (at least 4 weeks prior to departure).

We will also carefully monitor any factors which could affect your itinerary, and we will be in touch directly should there be any issues at all. The good news is that for the most part, trips are proceeding as planned and our travellers are having a fantastic time on their (often long-awaited) adventures.

What does it mean for your trip?

If your balance is due soon, this is a good time to consider your travel plans. We suggest you wait until 4-6 weeks before you are booked to travel before deciding on any changes you may need. You will receive a reminder that your balance is due around 6 weeks before departure and as long as your plans are proceeding as normal, please do action any outstanding payments. But, we won't follow up on any overdue payments until closer to 4 weeks before departure and if you wish to take that time to monitor the situation please do so.
