Change for any reason

Up to 4 weeks before departure: If you need to change your booking for any reason* you have three options:

1. Change to an alternative trip**
2. Postpone to a later date**
3. Cancel and pay standard cancellation charges

All new bookings from 1st September 2020:

Change or cancel (due to travel restrictions)

If you need to change your booking due to official government advice or restrictions*** you have three options:

1. Change to an alternative trip**
2. Postpone to a later date**
3. Get a full refund within 28 days.

* Excludes Bike & Boat trips, and adventures in the following countries: Peru, Alaska, Australia, New Zealand. Changes will be less any non-refundable costs which would always be detailed in your confirmation.

** If the cost of your new trip/date is different, a balance or refund will be due.

*** Refers to the official advice of your home or destination government. For example quarantines, lockdown, or advice not to travel.
