Always make sure you have adequate travel insurance for any trip, whether travelling within your home country or abroad.

If we need to change or cancel your booking due to official government advice or restrictions relating to Covid-19*:

You have three options:

1. Move your booking to an alternative trip
2. Postpone to a later date
3. Get a full refund within 28 days

In this instance, we will not charge you any administrative costs associated with changing your booking; however, if the price of your new trip or date is different, a balance or refund will be due.

Please note that our guarantee does not apply to un-vaccinated customers who have to cancel due to a destination’s vaccination requirements. The guarantee does not cover any customers who are required to test or complete additional paperwork requirements and decide not to travel due to this, regardless of vaccination status.

If you need to change your booking for any reason up to 6 weeks before departure:

You have three options:

1. Move to an alternative trip**
2. Postpone to a later date**
3. Cancel and incur the loss of deposit**

We will charge an administrative fee of £50 per person (or $75pp USD) for each change or postponement, plus any increase in the cost of the trip. If your new trip is cheaper, we will refund the difference. Any changes within 6 weeks of departure are considered cancellations, and standard cancellation charges will apply.

* Refers to the official advice of either your home or destination government. For example, quarantines, lockdown, or do not travel advice.
** Excludes Bike & Boat trips and adventures in the following countries: Peru, Alaska, Australia, New Zealand. Changes will be less non-refundable costs detailed in your confirmation.
