Re-Book Your Postponed Trip

Please note: Original terms stated that start date of your rearranged trip had to be on or before 30th November 2022. We have now added flexibility to allow you to book a trip with a start date on or before 30th November 2023, so you can opt to travel next year. Booking now gives you the bonus of the best chance of availability, which is already limited on some popular trips! However, the trip must be re-booked now.

You must include in the additional comments:

• Your booking reference number (found in the email reminder)
• Your preferred new start date
• Any changes you wish to make (for example changes to the number or identity of people travelling with you, or a change of itinerary)

There are a large volume of re-bookings being processed, it might take up to 5 working days to get back to you. Don't worry, we will make sure you have a chance to review the revised itinerary before confirming anything. Re-booked trips will be subject to our standard booking conditions.
