The Dingle Way (Slí Chorca Dhuibhne in Gaelic) is a National Waymarked Trail that loops around the breathtaking Dingle Peninsula in County Kerry, starting and ending in Tralee. Following the trail, you will experience a remarkable diversity of landscapes, making it one of Ireland's most popular routes. From the foothills of Slieve Mish to the rugged shoulder of Mount Brandon, the scenery constantly evolves. Highlights include the dramatic Atlantic coastline at Slea Head, wild moorland cloaked in heather and abundant in wildflowers and the peaceful farmland and the golden beaches around Castlegregory. History and culture lovers will appreciate the rich archaeological heritage on the peninsula. You will encounter standing stones, ogham stones, and beehive huts, some dating back to 6000 BC. Meanwhile, the villages of Tralee and Dingle (An Daingean) serve as vibrant cultural hubs, where you will find traditional music and lively Irish ‘craic’ abound.
