Preparing for your Macs Adventure

Sometimes life gets in the way and, as your travels approach, you don't feel quite as organized as you had hoped! Trip Information

Log into your online account, and make sure you use the same email address you use to communicate with us (the address your booking confirmation and payment emails use).

Your account is your go to resource for all things specific to your trip! Make sure you read through all documents to prepare for your trip.

Download the Macs Adventure App

Your trip information, maps, accommodations, and route guidance will all be in one place at the touch of a button in the Macs Adventure app. Make sure you download it from App Store or Play Store, and make sure you also download all your trip details when prompted, so that they are available offline with no data connection too. You should log in with the same credentials you use for your online account.

Already downloaded the app? Great! Make sure you click any notifications to "sync" or "download" before you go, so that your trip information is fully up to date

Let us know your travel plans

If you haven't done so already, please let us know any flight or other arrival/departure dates and times, so that we can update our accommodations or transport providers. Contact hello@macsadventure.com with this information.

Passport & visa requirements

If you are traveling overseas, now is the time to triple check that you have a valid passport and the correct visa for the destination you are visiting.

Health advice

The CDC website has comprehensive health information for travel, general information on vaccinations and advice on staying safe in various countries. Check with your doctor if you have any concerns.
