Book With Confidence: Change your booking without penalty up to 4 weeks before departure on selected trip

We understand that due to the recent COVID-19 Coronavirus situation, many of our customers will be concerned about changing their travel plans, or making travel plans that they subsequently need to change.

We are working hard to support our customers (please read our customer advice here), and our Chief Adventure Officer Neil has released a statement to summarise how we are handling the situation.

We are allowing extra flexibility to all customers making bookings between 13th March 2020 and 31st May 2020.

You can now book your adventure with no change fees up to 4 weeks before departure, and this applies to any booking made for departure up to 31st December 2021, so you can get your travel plans in the diary sooner rather than later.

We hope this will help to give you the confidence to keep making plans to take adventures and explore the world the active way. Our purpose is: “To make a Positive Impact on people’s lives and the planet through transformative active travel”, and we intend to keep doing that!

The No Worries Terms:

• Applicable to all new bookings made between 13th March and 31st May 2020
• Up to 3 changes per booking allowed
• Changes can be made up to 4 weeks before departure
• Changes possible for travel up until 31 December 2021
• New travel dates subject to availability
• If the trip cost for new travel dates is more than the previous travel dates, this will be added to the final balance
• If the trip cost of re-booked arrangements is less, Macs will refund the difference

Our normal booking conditions do apply here though, which still do offer you a level of flexibility, although dependent on date this may not be without penalty.
