The Coast to Coast is one of the world’s greatest hikes, encompassing two coasts, three national parks and almost 200 miles of footpath creating a perfect snapshot of Northern England. Trailblazed by Alfred Wainwright, this long-distance hike takes you through picturesque villages, rolling hills, immaculate farmland and mountains in the Pennines, the English Lake District and the North Yorkshire Moors. As you hike, you will meet fellow ‘coast to coasters’ and enjoy the incredible comradery of bumping into the same hikers along the trail and in the charming B&B’s at day’s end. This dramatic and memorable trail is a rewarding accomplishment that you will have forever!
