Rest assured, all new trips are already tried and tested by our team. Before we introduce new trips, our team has walked, biked, negotiated, mapped, taken the wrong turns, found the right turns, and put in hours of labor (and love) to make sure it's as great as it can be. All it needs is your trusted feedback and stamp of approval to make it complete.

Your discounted space is not confirmed until you make a provisional booking by paying a deposit

Pioneer discounts are limited, only 3 allowed per tour on a first come first booked basis

A pre-trip call with the product manager (the person responsible for creating the trip), and a post-trip call and/or detailed written feedback
