Where is it?
Beginning and ending in Calgary, home to the Calgary Stampede, billed as the "Greatest Outdoor Festival in the World", this itinerary also includes walks in many of Western Canada’s National Parks such as Banff, Yoho and Kootenay. An area made up of sheer limestone peaks, Alpine meadows and a truly remote feel is Kananaskis Country, primarily located in the Front Ranges of the Rockies and where you may encounter moose, elk or bighorn sheep.
