Where is it? Starting your journey in Poggibonsi in the heart of Tuscany you'll enjoy days cycling from one artisan village to the next discovering the wines, foods and crafts the villages and region are famous for. Highlights include Siena, the thermal-spa town of Bagno Vignoni, Pienza, and photogenic Montichiello and Montepulciano. The longer/steeper routes require a reasonable level of fitness/experience. The routes follow surfaced country roads and secondary roads. Near larger towns there are some roads with more traffic.
